This place is great for everyone especially if you are into Art/Design but it really is a good place to spend half a day looking at all the drawings/paintings etc.
Gamcheon Cultural Village Map
The first of many drawings…
Overlooking the village.
Boy playing Hide n Seek.
A few small Houses.
Penguins.
More street art.
I like the idea with the book being stairs..
Quite narrow alleys 🙂
Planet Art…?

Fish Fish Fish
I have to admit… these are a little weird haha
Art is everywhere 🙂
Some interesting ideas haha
Cool stuff!
Can’t believe I’ve missed it when I’ve visited Busan!
Added to my bucket list for the next trip 🙂
Thank you for sharing!
Thanks Inna, please let me know what you think of it after you have visited 🙂
Hi,
Thanks for all the great info.
Just wanted to ask if Hanaro card is valid for bus taking?
Is it tourist friendly for bus travelling? As in English name for stations?
Thank you.
Hi Nana,
Hanaro card should still be valid. Yep, Busan and most of Korea is very tourist friendly.
English signs for all stations. Some bus stop don’t but if you do your research properly you have nothing to worry about 🙂
So glad I ran across this while researching Busan! Will be there for a day while on a cruise and can’t wait to explore the Gamcheon Cultural Village rather than still more temples, shrines, etc.
I hope you enjoy your trip Barb!
Hi…what is the best way to go to this place if we staying near Busan Station?
thank you
Catch the train to Toseong Station then simply catch a bus to Gamcheon.
